Wisdee connects owners who have not listed their home for sale with buyers who are looking. Wisdee is not an estate agent and is not a party to any transaction; any agreement is between the owner and the buyer.

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their home's description and for their right to discuss it. Buyers are responsible for the reality of their offer and their financing. Offers on the platform are not legally binding; they are an invitation to talk.

False information, abuse, spam and attempts to misuse the platform are prohibited. We may hide content and close accounts when the rules are broken.

The service is free for owners. Paid features for buyers, if introduced, will be clearly marked in advance.
